DELIVERY/RETURN POLICY

NIGERIA
Standard Delivery:
Operating

hours: Weekdays (Monday - Friday) from 8am to 7pm.

All products are shipped directly from either Nigeria or the UK, based on availability and your location.

To ensure timely delivery before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday to receive it by Friday at the latest.

Orders within Nigeria and the UK generally take approximately 2-3 working days.
However, if your order is being shipped to a different country than your residence, it may take up to 6-7 working days.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders; this will be at your own risk.

 

Next Day Delivery:

Unfortunately,we do not offer next day delivery to all states in Nigeria due to logistics constraints.

Next day/same day delivery is available in Abuja, Nigeria, based on availability.

For Lagos deliveries, we offer 1-2 working days for urgent orders. Additional costs apply, which can be checked on our checkout page.

 

UK DELIVERY

Standard Delivery:

Operating hours: Weekdays (Monday - Friday) from 8am to 7pm.

All products are shipped directly from either Nigeria or the UK, based on availability and your location.

Orders within the UK generally take approximately 2-3 working days. However, if your order is being shipped to a different country than your residence, it may take
up to 6-7 working days.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or
freight forwarders; this will be at your own risk. 

Next Day Delivery:

Next day delivery is available for UK orders and needs to be placed by 12:00pm to be received the following day between 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the latest. The cost for next day delivery is £6.99. Please note that next day delivery is only applicable for the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm or during the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Deliveries on bank holidays and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day
and delivered to the customer the day after.

DELIVERY SERVICE

All our deliveries are handled by EVRI or Parcelforce. We use a signed-for delivery service for all orders to ensure reliability.Please
ensure that you or someone you know will be available at the provided home or work address to accept the delivery. If no one is present, a card will be left for arranging re-delivery or collection from the depot.Refusing a delivery will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost.

USA DELIVERY INFO

Standard Delivery:

Operating hours: Weekdays (Monday - Friday) from 8am to 7pm.

All USA orders take approximately 4-7 working days for delivery.

Please note that we do not deliver to all USA locations. Delivery is excluded for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands.

We do not take responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders; this will be at your own risk.

All our international deliveries are handled by DPD, DHL, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the item and location (either Nigeria or the United Kingdom).

We use a signed-for delivery service to ensure reliability.

Please ensure that you or someone you know will be available at the provided home or work address to accept the delivery. If no one is present, a notice will be left for arranging re-delivery or collection from the depot.

For deliveries, please note that any customs or taxes costs should be covered by you, although it is mostly likely already covered by us.

Refusing a delivery will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost.Any refund issued will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

The rest of the world (Other African countries and the rest of the world)

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

We strive to offer convenient return options for our customers.

Returns can be made to our return depots located in the UK and Nigeria. For return inquiries or any other queries, please email us at hello@whippedandco.co.

Extended returns are available, allowing you to return items within 2 weeks of purchase, both for online orders and purchases made in our stores.

We accept returns on unworn garments with all tags and labels intact within 14 days of receipt by you. Please note that shipping costs on returns are not covered by Whipped & Co, so we recommend using your local post office for
the best service and tracking ID.

Exchanges are also accepted for unworn garments with all tags and labels intact within 7 days
of receipt by you. Exchanges typically take around 2-3 working days to process,excluding delivery time to your area. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are not covered by us (Whipped & Co).

Saleitems are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Late returns beyond the specified time frame cannot be accepted.

CARRIERS TO RETURN

To return your item, please use your desired delivery service with a signed-for option and obtain a tracking number for monitoring purposes.

 TIPS:

Please ensure that all delivery details are accurately provided. If you notice any
omissions, please email us before dispatch to avoid any delivery issues.

It is important to order when you or someone will be available at the delivery address, whether it is your home or work address.
