WHIPPED Return & Exchange Policy

At WHIPPED, every piece is made with care, and customer satisfaction remains a core priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist.

Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted on full-priced items that meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect resellable condition.
  • Tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
  • Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customer must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).
  • Gifted items are not eligible for refund or return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits, underwear, swimwear
  • Accessories (earrings, hair accessories, jewelry)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged or altered after purchase
  • Gifted items

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit will be provided.

Refunds

Approved returns/exchanges are issued as follows:

  • Store credit: processed within 3 days once item inspection is complete.
  • Cash refund (if applicable): processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
    Delivery fees are non-refundable. Kindly note that cash refunds are not eligible on every item, we only provide refunds when the issue is completely from us. 
  • The following refund options are supported:Refund to store credit Exchange to something else.

Faulty or Incorrect Item

If an incorrect or defective item is received, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. WHIPPED will cover the cost of return shipping and replace the order promptly, depending on stock availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs for standard returns or size exchanges. Returns must be shipped using a reliable courier with tracking. WHIPPED is not responsible for items lost in transit.
